Shipping and Handling
FOB Arttiques Warehouse, Hartford Connecticut. Shipping and handling cost will be added to the invoice on the date of shipment. Credit cards will be debited when the items are shipped.

Back Orders
All back orders will be shipped unless original order indicates otherwise.
Breakage and Damage
Once a transportation company leaves our dock, they become responsible. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. In case of loss or damage, a report should be made to that carrier immediately. Note any damages on the shipping papers before signing. Call the carrier for an inspector and keep the original carton packing materials. For UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Return Policy
We will not accept unauthorized returns. Notify within 10 days of receipt. When approval has been given, please double box the items with 3 inches of packaging around all sides. Items not found to be defective will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Arttiques. Transactions outside the US will be handled by our Customer Service Representatives via email.
Custom Orders
50% prepayment required.
Areas Served
Currently Arttiques' order form addresses the needs of buyers in the continental US. Since shipping, handling and insurance costs may vary greatly on purchases outside these borders, international orders are handled on an individual basis by a Customer Service Representative via email.
